Shashi tharoor , a renowned writter as we know him today ,is a god gifted person with very unique and wonderful writting skill,with the power of writting he had made nos of creations with his intellectualand out of box thinking style.
when we look back few decade ago we found a boy born in london with truly Indian heart on 9-Mar-1956 .he obtained his schooling from St. Xavier's Collegiate School, Kolkata then he join St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi the glimpse of his uncompareable ability were able to focus all Indian attention when he was elected as a UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the nos of different responsibility came on to the shoulder of this men.
